Since 1946 we have provided quality repair services for Texas and New Mexico home owners and businesses. We are housed in our own 5,000 sq. ft. facility with a qualified staff of professionals. President – Ted R. Milliken
Ted has been President of Milliken Construction for twelve years. He has worked in the construction field as general manager and estimator for twenty-five years. Ted is a native El Pasoan and speaks English and Spanish. He is a licensed General Contractor in both Texas and New Mexico. Ted is a Deacon of Cielo Vista Church. Ted and his wife teach Sunday school every week. He is a past board member of the Westside YMCA and the YMCA of Greater El Paso.
Founder & Vice President – Richard H. Milliken
Richard has built several hundred tract and custom homes, strip shopping centers, commercial building and apartment buildings. During the past forty-two years he has dedicated his skills almost exclusively to damage restoration for the insurance industry. He has served as an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau. He was appointed by El Paso Mayor to the Board of Exceptions and Revisions. He has served as president, El Paso Lumbermen’s Association and board director of Texas Lumbermen’s Association. He is a past member of El Paso Home Builders Association, El Paso Chamber of Commerce among other community organizations.
