We hired Milliken Construction, INC to remodel our master bathroom. Ted came over, we discussed what we wanted and we gave him sketches of how we wanted the remodeling to look. Milliken Construction has made a big difference in our home.  We started off wanting our back closed in patio to be part of our front room.  Ted and Chris came into our home constructed the look we wanted.  Our second project was removing our carpet and replacing it with wooden floor.  The job was outstanding  and it gave our room a total look, have gotten many compliments on the house. I cannot express how thankful I am to this company. We had a pipe burst and got a another company to come out to remove the water and make the repairs. The other company removed the water and ghosted us on the repairs. My wife is 9 months pregnant and the pipe burst in the room we had fixed for our baby. We called Milliken on a Monday, Tuesday Mario came out, that afternoon our insurance received his report. The next day work started. My wife can pop any moment now and they were able to come in quickly and get everything done before the baby came. Thank you guys so much for the constant communication and commitment to getting this done for us. My family is beyond grateful. Thank you Johnny, Mario and the whole crew that came out.

My carport roof was damaged by the wind. My insurance company referred me to Milliken Construction Co. The representative came promptly to assess the damage and make an estimate on the repairs needed. The insurance company approved the job. Milliken Construction Co sent a crew to complete the repairs. Their work was done professionally and quickly.  I'm very satisfied with their work.

Added another bedroom and opened up a wall between our dining room and living room area! We were pretty apprehensive about finding a company that would do a good job. The mitigation team did a great job removing and storing contents from three rooms allowing the reconstruction to begin. They were very efficient sworking with my wife to safeguard items that needed to be stored. Polite, respectful and efficient. They followed up several times to check on any additional needs.

We found a very wet spot on our living room wall. Called Milliken and their Water Mitigation team came within a few hours. They quickly located the leak and turned off the water to start the demo of the wet wall. The team cleaned up behind themselves after the demo and left us with several large utility fans to dry out any remaining moisture. They were fast, kind, and explained everything during each phase of the water mitigation process. Top notch service!!!!!

Once my insurance claim was approved, Noel reached out to conduct an inital inspection of the damages and sent a couple of his techs to repair the immediate issue. Moreover, Noel was very helpful as he guided me throughout the repair process from start to finish. The repairs are seamless as if there weren't any damages at all. I would conduct business with Milliken Construction again and recommended their services.
